2019 Graduation Info

We are gathering information regarding graduates in our church family in order to honor them during the morning service on June 9th.  Please complete the following information if you are graduating from high school, college, trade school, university or any other institution (or you know someone in our body who is) in the 2018-2019 school year.

Please note that the below fields marked with a red star (*) are required.  We ask for contact information of both the person submitting the information and the graduate so that we can clarify information if needed.

If the graduate has earned an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, please select "College/University." If the graduate has earned a graduate-level certificate, master's or doctoral degree, please select "Graduate School."
