2017 Church Board Nominees
According to our church constitution, the nominating committee’s responsibility is to present church board nominees for Glenwood member vote at the Annual Meeting. Looking at 1 Timothy 3:1-13, a nominee should demonstrate spiritual maturity, manage his household well, manifest a servant’s heart, and endeavor to live his life above reproach.

2017 Church Board Nominees
Orville Christeson - Elder (Three Year Term)
Orville is retired and he and his wife, Harriett, have attended Glenwood for sixteen years. Orville has served on the church board as an elder for fourteen years. He also serves in overseeing the recording of the weekly offering, as a life group leader, at the (STM) sale, and with various handy-man projects around the church.
Dan Kromminga - Deacon (Two Year Term)
Dan and his wife, Karen, have attended Glenwood for twenty-eight years and are local business owners. Dan has served on the church board as a deacon for seventeen years. He also serves as an usher team lead and with Helping Hands.
Mike McKee - Deacon (Two Year Term)
Mike is a sales manager and he and his wife, Julie, have attended Glenwood for twenty-eight years. Mike has served on the church board as deacon for twenty-five years and also serves as lead usher.
Floyd Siepmann - Deacon (Two Year Term)
Floyd is retired and he and his wife, Grace, have attended Glenwood for twenty-eight years. Floyd was appointed as a deacon mid-2016 to replace Sean Chavez, who moved out of state. He also serves as nursery worker, lead greeter, bus driver for youth events, and was a G.O. Team member.
Rob Barnes - Trustee (Three Year Term)
Rob and his wife, Monica, have attended Glenwood for fifteen years and are local business owners. Rob has served on the chruch board as trustee for three years. He has also served in Children's Ministries and as a prior G.O. Team member.
Jeff Tompkins - Treasurer (One Year Term)
Jeff and his wife, Jona, have attended Glenwood for eighteen years and are local business owners. Jeff has served on the church board as treasurer for five years. He also serves as usher, Haitian Leadership Development (HLD) president, and as a prior G.O. Team member.
George Young - Sunday School Superintendent (One Year Term)
George manages a local business and he and his wife, Brenda, have attended Glenwood for eighteen years. George has served on the church board as Sunday School Superintendent for four years. He also serves as greeter, usher, team leader for the infant nursery, and as a prior G.O. Team member.
