June 8, 2016
Over the next six weeks road construction in the vicinity of the NE 119th Street and NE 72nd Avenue may significantly impact travel times to and from Glenwood Community Church. The contractor will also narrow travels lanes and eliminate left-turn lanes, potentially resulting in traffic delays in excess of 10-15 minutes. From Clark County's project website:
Construction at the intersection of Northeast 119th Street and Northeast 72nd Avenue will intensify beginning the week of June 6. The contractor will narrow travel lanes and eliminate left-turn lanes, which is expected to result in significant delays. Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid the intersection.
