Kindergarten/Office Building Completed

In February of this year, a Glenwood G.O. Team headed to Haiti to help with construction on a building that would house a kindergarten classroom and three offices.   The sun was hot, the work was hard but the sense of accomplishment was great as the team labored alongside Haitian workers and saw cinder blocks and mortar transformed into a building.   Construction takes time and the team had to leave Haiti before the project was complete.   The Haitian team continued their hard work and in June the building was finished!  In a place where education was once not even an option, every new building stands as a testament to hope and to God's faithfulness.  There will be many smiles and laughter come September when the classroom is full of bright-eyed students ready to learn!
